Custom Branding (Hot-Stamp Printing)
Hot-stamped pencils are ideal for elegant, simple designs such as school or corporate branding.
This process creates a refined metallic finish using foil stamping.
Printing width: approx. 3 mm
Colours: white, black, gold, silver.
Artwork in AI format is preferred.
Sample proofing is available before production. Minimum order: 10,000 pcs / Lead time: 2 months or more for manufacturing.
Plain Pencil Supply & Custom Coating
Many clients purchase plain Japanese-made pencils and apply their own printing or packaging locally. At Eyeball Pencil, you can freely choose the shaft colour, hardness, and shape, which is ideal for small brands, gift projects, and original merchandise.
We also offer custom coating based on PANTONE or DIC colour references to match your brand identity. Trend-conscious muted tones and bright pastel colours are available. You can fully customize and create your own original pencil colour.

UV Printing (Spot Colour)
UV printing is suitable for vivid, simple designs with 1–5 spot colours (PANTONE or DIC only) on a white or wooden base.
It allows clear, durable colour expression, ideal for small illustrations or character logos.
CMYK gradients are not available.
Minimum order: 10,000 pcs / Lead time: 3 months or more including export procedure.
Transfer Film Printing (Full Colour)
This full-colour process is best for detailed designs, licensed characters, or souvenir pencils.
A printed film is heat-wrapped around the pencil, enabling photo-quality graphics and gradient effects.
It’s perfect for retail or promotional designs requiring bright, colourful finishes.
Minimum 10,000 pcs (30,000 pcs common for export) / Lead time: 3 months or more.
Special Shapes & Blank Pencils
We offer various pencil shapes including triangular, square, and pentagonal.
The pentagonal “gokaku” pencil is popular in Japan as a symbol of success and good luck.
We also supply blank Japanese pencils for clients who prefer to print or finish locally through their distributors.
Packaging & Assembly
We provide OPP bag sets (2–3 pencils), header cards, and “noshi” wrapping for ceremonial or promotional use.
These services are ideal for giveaways, retail sets, and corporate gifts.
